"First of all, sorry for my late reply. I'm the person managing the Facebook and I was off on friday. We try to reply as soon as we can but we are a small team of people.
Regarding the delivery, we have encounter an enormous demand this season as we are almost doubling the number of bikes. We think, design and assembly all our products in France in our factory. Because of this ever increasing demand, we have hired more staff, especially at the assembling department. We are a small company and since December we have almost hired 10 new staff for assembling and we have trained them perfectly so that they meet our standard in term of quality. Even with all those actions, we are late on delivery. We are very sorry for this situation, believe me we are doing all we can to deliver our bikes as soon as possible.
Thanks a lot for your understanding and once again be sure that we are putting all our energy in reducing our current delivery leadtime while keeping top notch quality products."
"I've just replied on one of your previous comment. Once again, we are keeping our dealers/importers informed with the most accurate information about the delivery schedule. Like you, we are suffering the extra delay, we had to hire/train extra people to keep up with the increasing demand but had lost some time in the process. Believe me, we are at full speed to deliver all our customers with the high standard they expect from Moustache.

Ho chiesto di quantificare il ritardo e se riescono a recuperare un pò di tempo, o se ormai i ritardi si sommano, senza possibilità di anticipo delle consegne.....
